Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you contact us or request a quotation.

• Name, company, business email, telephone or WhatsApp number and country.
• Project type, quantities, board specifications, notes and correspondence.
• Technical files uploaded with an RFQ, including PCB, assembly, BOM and drawing files.
• Security information including a short-lived, irreversibly hashed IP value and a Turnstile verification result.

Purposes and legal bases

We use the information to respond, review manufacturability, prepare quotations, coordinate projects, prevent abuse, protect the service and comply with legal obligations. Depending on the context, processing is necessary for steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, or our legitimate interests in operating a secure business service.

Sharing and international processing

Access is limited to authorised ShinePCB personnel and service providers needed for hosting, security, database storage, email delivery and project handling. Project information may be shared with an appropriate facility in the ShinePCB qualified manufacturing network when needed to review or perform your request. We do not sell personal data.

Because ShinePCB coordinates projects from China and serves customers internationally, information may be processed outside your country. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards are used.

Retention

RFQ records that do not become an order are normally retained for up to 24 months after submission or the last meaningful contact. Uploaded RFQ files are normally deleted after 90 days. Abuse-prevention IP hashes are cleared after 24 hours. Order-related records may be retained longer where commercial, tax, quality, dispute or legal duties require it. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability and may complain to the competent authority. We may verify your identity before acting on a request.

Security and updates

We use access controls, private object storage, transport encryption and other safeguards appropriate to the service. No internet system can be guaranteed absolutely secure. Material changes will be published on this page with a new effective date.
