Inquiry records
RFQ form data and notification records are normally retained for up to 24 months after submission or the last meaningful contact. This period supports follow-up, repeated quotation work, project history and dispute prevention.
Uploaded files
Files uploaded through the RFQ form are held in private object storage and are not published. They are normally deleted after 90 days. If an inquiry becomes an order, required working copies may be moved into the controlled project record and retained under the order, quality and legal retention schedule.
Security and abuse-prevention data
The service stores an irreversible IP hash for rate limiting and clears it after 24 hours. Turnstile verification tokens are validated by Cloudflare, are single-use, and are not stored with the inquiry.
Deletion and legal holds
You may request earlier deletion where applicable. We may retain specific records longer where required by law, an active contract, payment, quality investigation, security incident, dispute or legal hold. When a hold ends, the normal schedule resumes.
